the argument that the european date format is more "logical" never holds up to any scrutiny. the month is going to be the smallest range of numbers, 1-12. day of the month is next, ranging 1-31, and then the year, the largest number. perfectly logical. europeans are just coping.
Hot take: it's because so much of what sucks here in America is impossible to address on an individual level while you guys have a common problem that kills more people than guns kill American children and you won't avail yourself of the easy solution.
@FloodedRealms Your wages are the number you voluntarily agreed to work for. No one put a run to your head and forced you to take or keep that job. Theft only occurs when one of the parties is an unwilling participant. The game designer didn't volunteer to give you the games you stole.
