In the state of Tennessee you have fighting words doctrine as a provocation , he was talking to an individual so he has no actual defense in court, so he’s definitely going down for this one. He instigated the entire thing and didn’t know the laws there so he’s fucked. And you shouldn’t be going around saying racial slurs and harassing other people anyways. We used to stand for something on the right and I really gotta question people for not standing against this dude in this situation. What happened to our principles, this was not a proportional response at all either, his life was not in danger at that point, cops were right there next to them too, he’s fucked up big time.
