@binarydoubts If payroll was submitted and funded on time but pay was still late, please DM us or email support@wagepoint.com so our team can review the payroll details and investigate further.

I love asking my company's chief of staff why the monthly pay is late every single month. it doesn't make me feel insane. i ENJOY using wagepoint dot com and seeing it list pay dates with no matching deposit. I love it!!!

@binarydoubts We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The pay dates shown in Wagepoint come from your employer’s setup, but deposits only happen when payroll is approved and funded on time. If that’s delayed, the deposit date changes — which is why it may not match what’s listed.

@ConnorHarkins22 I don't want you to feel like you have to guess. My recommendation is try clearing your browser's cache to see if it resolves the password error. If not, I recommend contacting your employer to let them know. They can contact us to sort out the password and reset email issues.

@Wagepoint I’ve given up with it now, I have accepted that I’ll just need to guess what I’m being paid tomorrow and from that point on I won’t be using Track/Wagepoint. It’s an extra headache I don’t need.

@ConnorHarkins22 Hello. I'm sorry to hear you're having login troubles again. Is it the same issue as last time where you're able to log in on the app but not via a browser? If so, what error message are you getting when your try via browser? That'll help us dig into what's happening.
