@TruckerCarlson8 Probably the biggest benefit to me is the fat content. Our cows consistently produce 4.5% butterfat or more compared to whole milk in the store at 3.5%. When you drink a glass of milk, it's like a meal and fills you up.

Friday was our last day selling Grade A milk commercially. Saturday started with selling raw milk from the tank. We're back to selling like we did over 100 years ago.
