@StephenZeiner @MouaJoseph23862 @hashoveride In earnings call Ben said they are working on and expect 3 lessees signed in 2026 ( paraphrasing ) I would think as they get signed 📈. I don’t think the stock price will be this affordable for long.

Keel Infrastructure Reports First Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Company announces strong balance sheet and site development progress
$KEEL reported its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, according to a news release issued on May 11, 2026. The company's revenue for the first quarter of 2026 was $36,992, down 22% from $47,651 in the same period last year. Keel Infrastructure's operating loss for the quarter was $98,388, compared to an operating loss of $34,841 in the first quarter of 2025.
The company's strong balance sheet, with approximately $533 million of liquidity as of May 8, 2026, is expected to support site development through lease signing at near-term sites, including Panther Creek, Sharon, and Moses Lake. Ben Gagnon, CEO of Keel Infrastructure, stated that the company has completed its strategic transformation and is now focused on advancing its development pipeline. Jonathan Mir, CFO, noted that the company's liquidity fully funds the capital required to advance its sites and covers general and administrative expenses through 2028.
Keel Infrastructure's first quarter 2026 financial highlights also included a loss from continuing operations of $127,574, or a $0.21 loss per basic and diluted share, compared to a loss of $38,373, or a $0.08 loss per basic and diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025. The company's adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was negative $16,710, compared to $6,903 in the same period last year. According to the news release, the company's site development is on track, with zoning approvals secured and land development and environmental permits in progress.
