Our Tutor Groups have taken time to discuss what respect means to them & created a wall of respect in our social space 💜 #AntiBullyingWeek @_respectme_ @wallacehighsch @StirlingCouncil

This year we’ve started delivering suicide prevention lessons to S5/6 pupils. They learn how to spot warning signs, how to ask about suicide and help someone get help. Lessons start with a workshop on looking after your own mental health and wellbeing. #suicideprevention

This week is Anti-Bullying week & we will be encouraging our pupils to be kind and show respect 💜

Our S3 pupils welcomed Holly from @fvrapecrisis today for an informative &thought-provoking session on recognising sexual violence & learning how to challenge this 💜

Our amazing S1 Peer Supporters,who are taking part in the @UofGlasgow & @sleepactionorg project, which aims to educate young people on the benefits of sleep & encourages students to reduce screen time before bed 😴 The training session helped develop their knowledge & skills 🧠

Some of our young people have been learning about the dangers of open water & cold water shock in Health & Wellbeing recently 🌊 Please stay safe in the summer ☀️

This week a group of our S2/3 girls worked with the company Bloody Amazing, to learn more about period & menstrual cycle education 🧠 @bamazingedu

Really proud of our young people who completed the first block of our NHS Wellbeing programme & will receive their REHIS certificates after the summer 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 They developed cookery skills, confidence & discovered new recipes to cook at home 🍎 @NHSForthValley
