@Qantas ridiculously bad service at the checkin counter, systems not working , lack of staff passengers suffering. Please bring back the staff don’t bring in automation unless they are working properly, Leaves a really bad experience for customers
@woolworths please improve your customer service at your wentworthville store. Some of the very rude staff & there is no one to attend to the customers at self checkout. Not a great customer experience.
