@AmazonHelp It was @Morrisons. you gave me a slot at lunchtime. Took payment, promised delivery between 5&7 and then cancelled at 7.09!! With no explanation, and when I complain, I get ‘sorry, all I can do is give you a tenner’!!!

@Morrisons Sat waiting for my groceries that I was going to use for tea tonight, was supposed to be with me between 6&7pm! No communication since this morning confirming my slot, and I can't even speak to anybody! Will it be like before and turn up 24hrs late or not at all?

In all their tech knowledge, @AmazonHelp can’t re-order for me - I have to input again! Having spent 1.5 hrs on chat for nothing! App the person on help chat has 1 supervisor, then there’s NOBODY else you can communicate with, until Bezos!!!

How could it only come to be cancelled at 7.09? Also, it’s not like morrisons has run out of food. Add my order to the 7-9 slot, or even tomorrow morning, but there’s no excuse for just cancelling!!! That’s just really awful, lazy service. @AmazonHelp #poormorrisonsservice

Came to the realization recently that I don’t remember what it was like to be pain free. Like I don’t remember the actual feeling, as even on my “good” days something still hurts. It just seems like some kind of far fetched fantasy now.
