@m_brosnan @ExaminerSport Not nuts at all, very valid point and one I've been saying for 12 months now. Some forwards need individual scores over the bigger picture and drives me up the walls. I thought this had gone under the radar by everyone, great analysis 🤝

Two things I found interesting from Derry vs Monaghan. ⌛️The end-game. What were referee Noel Mooney and Derry coach Chrissy McKaigue talking about? Where to concede a sideline ♟️ Derry shot selection vs a phenomenal Armagh stretch❌ More on @ExaminerSport later

Since the turn of the millennium, tyrone have went into overdrive, especially at underage. Tonight was the 12th Ulster title in that timeframe and at this stage, I don’t think too many would rule them out of adding another all Ireland against the odds. Impressive stuff. Jugger.

"Tommy, air that! That is a DISGRACE! I'm not having that" 🤬 Paddy Andrews doesn't hold back on the Connacht ticket prices, which saw a dwindled crowd in MacHale Park on Sunday 👎🏼 @Football_Pod_ 📺 - youtu.be/utKRgmFxxyA

Seeing greats like Salah, De Bruyne, and Gerrard slow down in their early/mid 30s just highlights how special Giggs and Scholes were. Performing at an elite level at 38 & 40, winning leagues, controlling games… that’s a different standard altogether.

If Michael Murphy had ginger curly hair and wearing a Derry jersey he’d have got 3 red cards there! #GAA #Gough

@CahairOKane1 Murray plays & Derry kick the ball in, changes the attack threat, and wepaonary entirely! Once he has you 1 v 1, you're toast

@CahairOKane1 Slow build up isn't the way forward in the new rules, hardly kicked a pass all game! Murray big miss hopefully not serious!

Derry will look back on the four points they gave away from two-pointers at the end of the first half. One for a 3v3 breach that they were guilty of more than a few times and got away with, the other a bad turnover. Played well until that. Slow start to second half too

@Citycolt @GaelicStatsApp Do you think that the way they were dropping back into the shape that most teams did before the new rules came into effect last year and the slow build up and constant recycling of the ball in attack means Menagh doesn't believe he has the players to suit the new rules?

You’d imagine Meath will benefit greatly from so many outings in Croke this year particularly for latter stages of champions Derrys style off football got them beat v Kerry back in 2023 and unless that changes they’ll struggle each time they go to Croke Park
