@hyros_official the one-click install just moves the problem downstream. data flows in, then you hit the "now what" wall. without someone who actually knows how to read cross-channel attribution, you're just collecting noise. the plugin solves setup, not interpretation

@leadgenjay the breach didn't expose a flaw in OpenClaw, it exposed how little teams audit their dependencies. swap frameworks tomorrow and you'll inherit the same blind spots if you're not mapping what's actually running versus what you think is running

Our CEO Daniel Shnaider was recently featured in an article highlighting the Top 10 Leading Men in 2026! And while moments like this are worth celebrating, they don’t tell the full story. What you see on the surface is growth, products, and milestones. What you don’t see are the years of trial and error, the ideas that didn’t work, the constant iteration, and the uncertainty that comes with building something from the ground up. This recognition isn’t something we see as a finish line. It’s a reflection of the journey we’re on and the people behind it who keep pushing things forward every single day. We’re grateful for everyone who’s been part of it so far, and we’re still just getting started. Read the full feature here: msn.com/en-us/news/tec…

@WorkflowWhisper the automation feeling like a person is the real win. most teams obsess over cutting 45 minutes to 20, but speed is invisible to clients. they only feel care and attention. that's why it works 200+ times a week without breaking

i've onboarded 40+ clients with the same workflow. stripe → hubspot → asana → welcome email 4 nodes. 45 minutes to build. runs 200+ times a week. the wild part: clients think we hired someone

@seanb2b The flip side nobody mentions: $30K/mo lean works until you hit a bottleneck requiring skills you can't learn fast enough. Then you're hiring rushed and expensive, or you've already lost momentum. Timing the first hire matters more than team size

Last month I reviewed every brand that we manage at our agency. 100+ brands, $200M+ in email revenue, 7 t- 9 figures per year. What separates the brands doing 40% of their store revenue from email and sms vs the ones stuck at 15% comes down to one system. (I've never shared it all publicly until now) On Tuesday I'm revealing: - the 2026 pop-up system that squeezes every last lead possible from your ad traffic - every flow and the exact triggers and splits behind them - how to manage your campaigns the right way in 2026 - the segmentation strategy most agencies don't even know about - a live breakdown inside a real 8-figure brand's Klaviyo account All for free tomorrow (Tuesday, April 7th) 👉 Comment "LIVE" and I'll DM you the link to register + I'll send you the 29 best performing emails of all time for free

If you think an email “sent” is the same as an email “delivered,” think again. Inbox placement is what really matters, and it can make or break your campaigns. This is why testing your email deliverability It’s the fastest way to spot issues with authentication, reputation, or blacklists before they cost you revenue. From Gmail to Outlook, every provider has its own rules, and what lands in the inbox for one might end up in spam for another. Want to know if your emails are really reaching your audience? @seanb2b the trap: treating your opener like a courtesy instead of a circuit breaker. you've got 3 seconds, not a conversation. assume something generic about them and you're done, name a specific problem they actually have or don't send it

Student shared their cold email for feedback inside Closing Clients I found 7 mistakes in it that 99% of you are making and don't even know it I'm going to break each one down right now so you can fix yours forever MISTAKE 1: The opener assumes instead of interrupts "You're getting decent traffic, but less than 20% of new sign-ups buy from your emails?" If their welcome flow already converts well you just disqualified yourself. Half your list reads that and thinks "that's not me" and moves on. Never assume their problem. State what you did for someone like them. MISTAKE 2: Wrong awareness level These brands get pitched email marketing every single day. They don't need educating on "emails can make you money." They need a reason to believe you're different from the last 5 people who messaged them. Read Eugene Schwartz. Understand awareness levels. Match the email to where they actually are. MISTAKE 3: No mechanism "The exact method we used" is a placeholder. Not a mechanism. What's the system? What do you do differently? Why does your approach work when the last retention agency didn't? Without this you're just another person claiming results. MISTAKE 4: Unanchored proof £52.9K sounds impressive. Compared to what? What was the list size? The AOV? What were they doing before? £52.9K from a 500K list is mediocre. From a 10K list it's incredible. The prospect can't tell which. Anchor your proof to numbers they can map to their own business. MISTAKE 5: Value stack describes your process not their transformation "The flows and timings we'd set up" "The email-to-SMS messages we use" "ROAS forecasting" These are things YOU do. Not things that change in THEIR business. Every line in your value stack should describe what their business looks like after. Not what you do during. MISTAKE 6: Selling the buying decision not the call decision When you list your method and your process the prospect starts evaluating whether YOUR APPROACH is right for them. "Do I need flows and timings? Is ROAS forecasting useful to me?" That's a buying decision. The email's job is a call decision. "Do I want to see this? Yes or no." You turned a yes/no into an evaluation. Most people choose just not to evaluate. MISTAKE 7: No conversion path after the reply Reply "YES" and then what? You send the resource and a Calendly link? SOO many of you do this and thin...shit why am I not booking any calls? This is how you fix that TODAY: The follow-up reply is where you sell the call. - create a sneak peak of the promised deliverable - promise the full deliverable on a call. "Great. Here's a sneak peak. I'll walk you through [full deliverable] on a call." The YES is wasted if you don't use the reply to reinforce why the call is worth taking. --- If your cold email isn't working and you want to know why and exactly what to fix. @maxwellcopy staying quiet while you build is the real test. most people either broadcast everything or quit. the middle ground, shipping in silence, testing before talking, is where you actually figure out if it works. noise gets attention, silence gets data 📊

Just found this deep in our groupchat lol I spent all of my freshman year of college too scared to send this. Throughout the whole year I was quietly doing crypto, NFTs, copywriting, trying to figure out if I actually had what it took to build something or if I was just running from a real job. I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want people to know if I gave up and failed. Then one day I grew balls and just decided… Changed my major, quit my college job, and sent this to my boys before I could talk myself out of it. I went all in. That was almost four years ago. Lots of 14 hour days later… And I have a high seven figure agency and taught my 3 best friends how to do the same and they travel the world with me while growing our businesses. We keep pushing.

@WorkflowWhisper better error detection > better accuracy when you're shipping fast. most teams optimize the model while ignoring what happens after it hallucinates. they ship the agent, production breaks, then scramble for guardrails 🔥

most "broken" AI agents aren't broken. they were just shipped without error handling. no retry logic. no dead letter queue. no way to manually intervene when the model goes off the rails. 80% of production AI failures aren't AI failures. they're workflow failures. before i build anything in synta.io, i map out what can go wrong and how the agent should respond. that one step prevents 90% of the incidents i've seen.

The REAL cold email formula is: 1. Right person - someone who could actually want/need what you offer 2. Right message - communicated in a way that resonates with THEM specifically 3. Right offer - something they'd actually want

We have a 6-month-old brand on WellCopy that’s clearing $20M/month (with 30% of revenue coming from email)... You’ve never heard of this brand. Completely off the radar. They went all in on paid acquisition from day one and started spending millions per month on ads. When you spend that much on ads, every visitor who leaves without converting costs real money. So their goal was to squeeze every dollar out of that traffic before people left the site. We hyper-optimized their pop-up form and rebuilt their core email flows to squeeze every dollar out of that paid traffic… Now 30% of the brand's total revenue comes from email. On a $25M/month business, that’s ~ $7M/month from flows and campaigns alone. That email revenue made their entire ad spend significantly more profitable. When you spend millions on ads, the difference between 0% and 25% email attribution is the difference between bleeding cash and printing cash. 6 months live. $25M/month. $7M/month from email. They’re not slowing down…

OpenAI added GPT-5-codex 19 hours ago. That means teams just got faster at producing automations nobody owns. Before anyone ships one, assign 2 jobs: 1. who approves changes 2. who gets paged when it breaks Model releases speed up building. Ownership is what keeps automation alive in production.

@maxwellcopy $20M/month with zero brand means their unit economics are bleeding. that 30% email revenue isn't a win, it's a red flag they're stuck milking repeat buyers because acquisition cost is destroying them. sustainable growth flips that ratio

@maxwellcopy if you're moving $7.5M/month through email, open rates are noise. the real edge is in segmentation precision, right message, right buyer stage, right timing. copy's secondary to targeting depth

@MattLucero_ most people obsess over scripts when the real issue is list quality. perfect pitch means nothing if 40% of your numbers are dead or wrong ICP. those 300 meetings? ruthless list filtering, not the script 🎯

The best automations I've seen in 2026 don't look like automations. No AI branding. No "powered by GPT" badge. Just: new client signs → contract in DocuSign → project spun up in Asana → invoice queued in Stripe. Invisible. Runs 200 times a week. Nobody thinks about it. The builders who get there spend most of their time on three things: what triggers this, what breaks it, what the fallback is. Not the UI. I map all of mine in synta(.)io before touching n8n. Catches edge cases before you're 3 hours into a workflow that falls apart.
