@Char1ieBennett that's why you can't rely on organic
too slow in a market where speed is key

I was watching this Shark Tank episode this other day
The product was "Sticky Ties"
Name pretty much explains the product
And so they started listing out benefits
"Oh you can reuse these sticky ties unlike our competitors, you have to throw those stickers out after using em once"
man who tf wants to reuse a sticker? that's some bullshit
Prime example of selling something the market doesn't need
And it's wild because they genuinely thought it was a selling point.
That's what happens when you get too attached to your offers, you fail to see the obvious flaws.

English

@ohheymasha True. If money’s the only fuel, the tank runs out quick. Intention makes the grind feel less like grinding.
English

@thewarnerbrand Doesn't this come down to the intention and motivation you start with?
You're more likely to ride the waves, recalibrate, and pivot instead of giving up, if $ wasn't the sole motivation.
English

@Oliver_Clingain Yeah, most people aren’t time poor, they’re focus poor.
English

@Oliver_Clingain Consistency isn’t sexy but it’s the only thing that actually moves the needle here.
English

@DevMolone 1000% agree .. though I’m spoiled with typing and making edits fast if needed
English

@TomHughesx Big facts. People can smell the difference between “book smart” and “battle tested.”
English

@jimheskel The “joke” is that most people never make it to day 100 because they can’t stomach looking dumb at day 1
English

@thejustinwelsh Yep. Everyone chases hacks. Few can stomach the boring stuff long enough to actually win.
English

@thejustinwelsh Everyone loves the story once it works. Nobody talks about the 20 misses that made it possible.

Does building in public destroy your credibility?
I'm pretty open about my weaknesses on this platform (in regards to my work)
I feel like if I were to start Cold DM'ing on here, my prospects would go through my profile and think
"this guy doesn't know wtf he's doing"
Regardless, I don't really care lol. I don't really plan on doing client acquisition through X just yet
English

@LoganTGott I wouldn’t be opposed to getting that link for the first entrepreneur ngl
English

@KokoroHub Consistency is never about today’s pipeline. It’s always about tomorrow’s.

The designers who win here do this:
They post EVERY SINGLE DAY.
My client, who scaled his design agency to $100K/mo, never skipped a day.
Even though he was drowning in design work.
Nope, this is not another "be consistent and you'll win" post.
This is a logical explanation of why you should post daily, even if you're fully booked.
You probably have good momentum on X. Leads come in left and right, life's good.
Then you stop posting consistently as you're fully booked.
I get it, you have no time.
But here's why that's terrible:
After you finish the projects, you have no more leads.
Then it's a struggle to build back the momentum as you start from 0. Algo has reset.
Slowly, you start catching momentum, but weeks or months have already passed with no cash flow.
And it's a loop like this forever.
But if you keep posting EVEN when you're fully booked...
You're building up the momentum and never losing it.
Sure, you might not have space for more client work, but your social media presence won't die out.
When you're open for work again, you'll get clients quicker.
To win constantly, you just have to be consistent.
English

@Oliver_Clingain Very true .. Consistency only counts when nobody’s clapping.
English

@WillHughesx Most of the time the loudest voice isn’t them, it’s the one in your own head.
English

@DevMolone @cutthepod Seen him around definitely .. y’all doing great work together
English

@thewarnerbrand Hell yeah
@cutthepod given both your video background you should follow George too!
