@Sonos hi, you spend lots of time asking people to send DM up look up on support, however how about just start fixing the tech so all your customers dont start going to the competition for their streaming music systems. Everybody are having similar problems, you must see that.

@AmazonHelp hi. Logging into my acct it asked to send OTP to 2 devices no longer active. Tried to call but got routed to log in, so now stuck in a loop. I spend thousands per year. Its my lifeline. How can you help?

@RevolutApp Shame you now cannot service your customer issues. Acct blocked whilst on holiday just after money added. No idea why. Chat said 1 day wait for support. 2 days later no response. Appalling service.

Appalling service. Over 24 hours now with no response to any messages. B4 you get more customers suggest you service the ones you have 1st, otherwise they will go like we will as soon as we get our money out.

been struggling to get any sense out of VMB. got a new factory due to start up on 20th Dec with 200+ people and @vmbusinesshelp cannot explain how they will get fibre over the road in time. Numerous promises not delivered. Even CEO office not responding to me. ideas anyone? BT..
