Sad to hear of the news about Sven. So fortunate to have been managed by him, a breath of fresh air to English football. He taught us all respect, calmness, composure and clarity of thought. Before every game Sven would always say “lastly respect the referee.” Rest up Sven

Well this is ridiculous now @British_Airways managed to get through to someone but your systems don’t speak to one another. So your operators still think the flight is okay, when you have just sent me an email saying it’s cancelled. And now you send a message saying it’s back on

BA @British_Airways you have just cancelled our flight again and your phone line are closed and your app won’t let us reschedule. What sort of customer service is this?? Please can you help us get home.
