Not too long ago, I recall Boaz warning Chase that they had a problem with the London Whale. They ignored him & it soon cost them >$1 billion.
My experience is the folks at BlackRock are savvier. Hopefully they nip this in the bud

The poor governance of the @blackrock closed end fund boards is plain for the eye to see. What makes it mind blowing is their repeated violation of their own ESG guidelines! “Shareholders should have the right to vote on key corporate governance matters, including changes to governance mechanisms and amendments to the charter/articles/bylaws.” In $bfz, $ecat, $bigz @blackrock wrote to Saba that they have the ability to reject shareholders from submitting proposals! Holy ESG!
