The Goal by Eliyahu Goldratt - THE foundation for how I think about systems and business. Masterfully written in a way that facilitates the understanding of theory of constraints How to get rich by Felix Dennis - lit a fire under me during a low point and just punted me into momentum like nothing else, I can trace back the ripples of where I am now to that book. Almost like it woke up a dormant part of me Psycho-Cybernetics by Maltz - very useful in and of itself, but beyond that it also led me to other relatively obscure ideas and concepts separated from the bullshit mainstream advice regarding identity, executive functioning and creative efforts

@Ibrahimxdarwish Or, alternatively, don't listen to this guy and learn what converts cold traffic at scale Which requires the opposite of "begging clients to work with you" Skill issue. Bros marketing budget is hope

Please stop doing cold outbound. It's the worst thing you can ever be doing. Sure, you MIGHT make some money and get some clients but it’s not something you should rely on in the long term for your agency. You’re humiliating yourself and begging clients to work with you thinking it’s something that can help you scale. Your clients aren’t going to respect you and won’t see you as the authority since you asked them to work with you. Instead just start posting organic content. Get on IG or YouTube and start posting content about your niche. Post 5x a day on IG (simple yapping videos), once a week on YouTube, and actually do it consistently I guarantee you’ll start signing clients and start getting dozens of leads within your first or second month of starting. Your clients will see you as an authority and you’ll start getting predictable pipeline with a marketing channel that compounds forever. The best clients I've worked with are inbounds and it's for a reason.

manual cold emails Short Extremely targeted audience Extremely relevant offer Still prints There's still room for SDRs depending on what you're selling Now if you can find way a scale that experience at scale without SDRs. Even better Make your emails look REAL

High ticket, new revenue either directly or at least a reasonable frame for new revenue (fresh pipeline) - start off with cold outbound, can get far Optimization, automation. Basically improving systems/people - go all in on content and warm, reach out to audience Outbound can work for both, warm works for both But if you take the wrong offer to the wrong source of traffic you will struggle unnecessarily and think you're not good enough at the channel or declare the channel dead No matter the offer as it scales you have to introduce new channels, and ads are crucial for scaling a cold offer but don't make sense initially yeah Source: trust me bro I struggled, moved slow. And then I started going fast due to realizing the simple fundamentals.

Cold email, by far, has the BEST cost to ROI ratio in all of B2B (for the right offers). Sure, it gets more expensive as you scale it (backups and redundancy add cost) Yet… It’s still the cheapest pipeline most B2B companies will ever come across. The reason comes down to what your cost actually does over time. Compare it to paid ads, where: • you're renting the audience. • to get more pipeline you scale spend and keep feeding it new creative • the day you stop paying it stops. Cold email runs the opposite way once you've mapped your full TAM. • you build a list that covers the entire market you can realistically sell to • after that, your main recurring cost is the technology to email that list again and again. Run campaigns to the same audience for 12 to 24 months and your cost stays roughly fixed while the meetings keep coming in. You can put a new offer in front of that mapped market, then a second one after it. The same people convert on whichever angle finally fits them. For a lot of offers and industries, the absolute return beats paid ads by a wide margin. Over two years, a market you mapped once pays for the infrastructure many times over.
Alex Hartsuff@AlexHartsuff

The clients who pay the most DO NOT CARE what it costs you to deliver. They care what the outcome is worth to them. That's why pricing on your cost + a little margin is the easiest way to leave a ton of profit on the table. Instead, work out the average dollar amount you create in a year & charge 10 - 25% of it That's a 4-10x ROI for them And a huge profit for you Win win
