I've had a very different experience with Care + Policybazaar. I had taken travel insurance for Schengen w/ them. On return, my Qatar Airways flight had to be cancelled because of a technical issue. At the airport - I asked for a cancellation letter, kept original boarding passes, new boarding passes with which I travelled after 24 hours. Applied via Care app directly and got paid in 2 weeks when uploaded aforementioned documents alongside a cancelled cheque. I didn't involve Policybazaar at all.

Never ever take a travel policy from @policybazaar I took a @CareHealthIndia travel policy from Policybazaar. My flight from Dubai got delayed by more than 4 hours (Jan 2026). I put in a claim as > 4 hours delay, a compensation was to be paid as per policy document. And then the nightmare started. They asked for some docs, which I sent. Policybazaar RM follows up. They keep calling that Care Insurance requires more docs. I tell them it is too much an hassle and I don't want to pursue the claim. But they pursue me to send the docs and they will do the followup with Care. Policybzaar keeps calling and I do give the docs. All that are required. As claim amount is not worth the docs they keep on asking everytime, I decide not to pursue. Care keeps asking for already sent documents. Policybazaar has no clue. Each time different RM calls. I tell them don't call me. But I keep getting calls. And Care keeps sending mails and SMS asking for docs already submitted. It seems Care doesn't want to pay. Fine, I have learnt my lession. I will never buy again from Care and Policybazaar. I don't want the claim. Stop the harassment. Please don't call me again.

updated my notebookLM workflow. here's the new version: old workflow (2 months ago): 1. claude plans the project → exports to text -> then markdown 2. notebookLM stores everything → i query when stuck 3. markdown tracks decisions, iterations, shipping new workflow (after the mobile update): 1. claude plans → exports to markdown (same) 2. notebookLM stores everything → but now also GENERATES: — video overviews for onboarding or client updates — slide decks from my project docs — infographics for content or pitches 3. markdown still tracks everything (same) what changed: step 2 went from "reference library" to "content production engine" real example from last week: client wanted a project update. normally that's 2-3 hours of slide building instead: → opened notebookLM mobile → selected the project notebook (already had all docs loaded) → chose "presenter deck" format → added a custom prompt: "focus on completed milestones and next phase timeline" → deck generated in 4 minutes → sent to client from my phone while getting coffee the speed advantage isn't about being faster at the same tasks it's about entire tasks disappearing from your to-do list reply WORKFLOW and i'll dm you the updated system template

2 months ago: Abandoning projects by week 4. Today: Zero abandoned projects. The shift? Stopped re-planning. Stopped re-researching. Stopped re-debating decisions I already made. The system: - Claude thinks through problems - NotebookLM remembers every decision - Markdown tracks what ships When someone joins my project now: → Point them to the .md files → Point them to the NotebookLM notebook → They're up to speed in 1 hour, not 1 week. Reply "SYSTEM" and I'll DM you the exact workflow.
