Devcon 8 lands in Mumbai this November, and the Community Hubs program is the part we are most excited about: four days of dedicated space, run entirely by whichever community shows up with something worth teaching. Last week was my last week at @coinbase and @base, and I'll be moving on to what's going to be a very exciting next chapter. This is both an announcement and a love letter to the entire @base team. 💌 It's hard to believe how much we packed into the last year and more. I traveled around APAC covering builders and their stories, built the @BasedIndia community from the ground up, worked with creator communities, and built AI-powered distribution systems and products that changed how we shipped content. I marketed @baseapp, backed builders and projects across the ecosystem, and tried to wear every hat in between. Somewhere in it all, I became a sharper and better version of myself. To everyone I have worked with across Base - thank you. @jessepollak @XenBH, thank you for being the most incredible leaders. And two people I have to thank on their own: @saxenasaheb and @ahaanraizada - you're my day ones, my team, and somewhere along the way, far more than that. You already know how special you are to me. Thank you, for everything - especially for pushing me when I didn't know I could do better. We got into YC S26 :) The first thing we did was make a list of products we were literally built for. Today, at 12 PM, we're putting that thesis to the test. For the next 12 hours, we'll reach out to every company on that list. The experiment: Can a small YC startup get in front of the biggest AI product teams in the world in a single day? By midnight we'll have the answer. Either way, we'll share the numbers.
