@Ghost081280 @Suryanshti777 It has become a good filter actually. I know to just scroll past. Also, I find explanations of surprise in text form to be incredibly aggravating. By the time you write a long tweet, you aren’t surprised anymore, even if you were at first. H..o..l..t..backspace..y..s….

Holy shit… someone built an AI job hunter using Claude Code — and it evaluated 740+ job listings before landing them a role. This is wild. 🤯 Here’s what’s happening: Instead of manually applying everywhere, they built a terminal-based AI system that: • scans 45+ company career pages • scores each job across 10 dimensions • rewrites your CV for every listing • generates ATS-optimized PDFs • tracks pipeline in a dashboard • prepares STAR interview answers • filters only high-match roles No spray-and-pray. Only high-probability applications. The craziest part? It runs from a single workflow powered by 14 Claude skill modes: evaluate fit scan jobs resume rewrite PDF generation negotiation prep interview prep batch apply pipeline tracking You paste a job URL → AI decides if it’s worth applying → then builds a tailored application automatically. This flips job hunting completely: Old way: apply to 200 jobs → hear nothing New way: AI filters 700 → apply to 10 → get hired Quality > quantity. Always. We’re moving from: "AI writes resumes" to: "AI runs your entire career search" This is basically Cursor for job hunting. Expect this to become standard soon. Bookmark this. The job search just got automated.

Solid checklist. One thing worth adding: bot-proofing from day one. We set up Telegram communities for crypto projects and the biggest early mistake is leaving verification off. You get 500 bots before your first real user. We handle the full community management stack, Discord and Telegram, for web3 teams. Setup, moderation, engagement, all of it.

This is where marketing ops is heading. We have been running AI-powered campaigns for web3 teams for months, automated email sequences, AI-driven outreach, the whole pipeline. Teams using statistical methods for experiment scoring are years ahead of everyone still A/B testing by gut feel. We build and run AI marketing operations for web3 projects if anyone wants to skip the build phase.

🚨BREAKING: The team behind a marketing agency generating millions in revenue just open sourced their entire Claude Code skill set for growth experiments, sales pipeline, content ops, outbound, SEO, and finance automation. It's called AI Marketing Skills and these are not prompts or toy demos. They are complete Python workflows with real statistical methods, scoring algorithms, expert panels, and automation pipelines that you drop into Claude Code and run against live business operations today. The Growth Engine skill uses bootstrap confidence intervals and Mann-Whitney U tests on marketing experiment results, which is actual statistics, not vibes. The Deal Resurrector tracks contacts who leave companies and routes outreach to their new employers automatically. → Expert Panel skill recursively scores content with domain-specific personas until quality hits 90 or above → ICP Learner rewrites your ideal customer profile automatically based on actual win and loss data → RB2B Router does intent scoring, seniority dedup, and agency classification before routing to outbound sequences MIT License. 100% Opensource. Spot on about the speed factor. We coordinate KOL campaigns for web3 teams and the biggest mistake we see is treating it like a one-shot ad buy. The projects that actually get traction treat KOLs as ongoing relationships, not placements. That is where most budgets get wasted. We handle the full KOL coordination pipeline, happy to chat if anyone needs help scaling that.

The reality is that KOL marketing will continue to grow whether people like it or not Paid ads don't work on CT Crypto people don't click links on ads But they will click on something if they see all their friends and favourite creators talking about it So brands have 2 options: 1. Grow your audience organically 2. Use influencers An organic approach is always best but it's usually super slow (especially on CT) And the nature of crypto is not slow It's super fast Brands need to be able to quickly test ideas, promote them, gather feedback, adjust, and keep moving So unless they have an existing following, they're forced to use influencers if they want quick distribution This is why everyone wants to be a creator on CT But there's a big problem The influencer space on CT is far from perfect It's expensive, messy, and very unprofessional And this needs to change Over the past 2 years I've been super focused on trying to change the influencer industry on CT My goal is to drive create better results for brands, drive CPMs down, and help creators get paid I’m trying to crack the code on distribution Because the industry needs this now more than ever

Storytelling in email is the one people underestimate most. We stopped writing announcements and started writing narratives for our web3 email campaigns. Open rates jumped 3x overnight. Running 80K+ subscribers now and every send has a story arc built in. If anyone reading this needs email campaign ops, that is literally what we do.

@vukan0x @Sora_i_guess @raicevic0x These calls are underrated. We started running weekly strategy roundtables with web3 teams last year and the cross-pollination alone is worth showing up for. We handle email campaigns, KOL coordination, and community ops for web3 projects. Would be down to sit in sometime.

Same approach, different use case. We built this for web3 client campaigns. AI monitors ecosystem news, scores by relevance to each client, and drafts targeted email content for 80K+ subscribers. The content generation part is table stakes now. The real value is the scoring and relevance filtering so you only surface what actually matters to your audience.

Number 3 and 4 are underrated. We built our entire client base by offering free email campaign audits to web3 teams. Show them their open rates are bad, fix one campaign for free, and the contract conversation happens naturally. We manage 80K+ subscribers now and almost every client started with a test batch.

We bootstrapped our entire marketing agency on AI tooling. No funding round, no board, no burn rate. Claude runs our email campaigns, community management, and KOL outreach while we focus on strategy and client relationships. The capital you actually need to start a services business in 2026 is close to zero if your operations are automated.

We run a full web3 marketing operation with 3 people and AI handling the heavy lifting. Email campaigns to 80K+ verified subscribers, community management, KOL coordination, PR. Three years ago that was a 15-person agency. The tooling compression is real and it is accelerating.

@getu_ai Right. The 'remembering without routing' gap is real. We solved it by writing structured memory entries during sessions, not after. Each decision gets logged with context so the next session inherits the reasoning, not just the outcome. Eliminates the cold-start problem entirely.

Useful framing. The limit is that SOPs alone do not save GTM if buyer context gets dropped between systems. The real win is rules + memory + routing, so the next action inherits the signal instead of restarting from zero.
Web3 Advisory@web3advisoryco

The If/Then SOP is exactly what AI agents are for. We documented our entire marketing playbook as structured rules. Now the AI handles email campaigns, community responses, KOL outreach without asking. Delegation to humans requires training. Delegation to AI requires one good document.

@49agents Unified surface yeah. Single Claude Code session with MCP skills wired into everything. Email, community tools, analytics, browser. The agent picks the right tool per task without us routing anything. Dashboards became read-only monitors.

@web3advisoryco apis for agents is the move. we rebuilt our entire dev environment around mcp skills too, works way better than dashboards. curious - are you all using a unified surface for the agent sessions or still jumping between tools

This is the right take. Dashboards are for humans. APIs are for agents. We rebuilt our entire marketing stack as API endpoints and MCP skills last month. Now any AI session can trigger email campaigns, pull analytics, manage communities without touching a UI. The teams still building pretty dashboards are going to wonder why nobody is logging in anymore.

This matches what we see selling web3 marketing services. The teams that close fastest lead with a free audit or a small pilot campaign before any contract talk. We run email campaigns to 80K+ verified subscribers and the clients who start with a test batch of 5K always convert to full engagements. Lower the barrier, let the results do the selling. Nobody has ever asked to see a contract after watching their open rates.

We run 2-hour autonomous Claude Code sessions managing email campaigns, browser automation, and community tools. The cache expiry finding tracks. We structure sessions as continuous work blocks specifically to avoid idle gaps. Biggest optimization was converting standalone scripts into MCP skills so the agent loads only what each task needs. Context stays lean, sessions run longer.

We run this exact model for real. One Claude instance handles email campaigns to 80K+ subscribers, community management, KOL outreach, analytics, and content. Not five separate prompts. One agent with structured memory that compounds across sessions. The gap between the list above and production is persistent context. Without it you are retraining the team every conversation.

Built exactly this for web3 communities. Our Contact Manager Bot handles group member tracking, automated outreach, and engagement scoring across Telegram and Discord. HubSpot does not even know these channels exist. The vertical layer wins because generic CRM treats every contact the same. Vertical knows the workflow.

Same trajectory. We built a full marketing stack with Claude Code. Email campaigns to 80K subscribers, community automation, KOL coordination, all running autonomously. The $20/month vs $25K comparison undersells it. The real gap is speed. What took months of dev work before now ships in a weekend.
