1/3 What actually is Web3? Like fr. Why is it even called Web3? Well, let's discuss. Most people hear "Web3" and immediately think of crypto, NFTs, or memecoins. But that's not what Web3 actually is. The name simply refers to the third major evolution of the web.

3/3 Instead of relying on a single company to control everything, Web3 uses blockchain and cryptography to let people interact on decentralized networks. It's not about replacing the internet. It's about rethinking who owns and controls it

2/3 Think of it like this: Web1 → Read Web2 → Read + Write Web3 → Read + Write + Own The "Own" part is what makes Web3 different. Own what? • Your digital assets • Your identity • Your data • And, in many cases, even parts of the networks you use.
