@CooperativeBank I've just been told that if I use the app instead of the website the web account gets locked for inactivity, and the app gets locked as well. Are you sure you've thought this through?
@webuseful I'm sorry to hear that, did you clear the cookies and cache for all time on your browser settings? In relation to the app, can you uninstall it then reinstall it back to your phone to see if that helps? Thanks - Christian
@CooperativeBank No change at all. The Approve app says "Some operations may not be available until you renew your service. You will be prompted to authenticate" Then "Update failed...Try again (303)" when I try to update.

The app now says "You've been logged out due to inactivity. For your security you'll need to register again to use the app".
