Wacha niseme initoke. As a person who was considering to give @KhalifKairo business to import a car and even recommend him to other people, this whole saga he’s dealing with really doesn’t sit right.
1. How is it possible that I’m giving you money(full cost) to facilitate the importation of my car and then you fail to deliver with the excuse of “tough economic times?” It’s like being appointed a property manager by a landlord with the responsibility of remitting rent collections but I fail to do so even after tenants have paid rent, then I tell the landlord I’m not remitting money to him due to “tough economic times” bruh, that’s simply theft!
Sometimes it’s important to call a spade a spade.
2. He’s been so hellbent on expanding and getting back at his former partner Clement. How do you as “reputable business man” get so blinded by hate and vengeance that you make such horrible mistakes of using clients money to take up additional space, previously occupied by your “enemy” just to show him the middle finger? Then I remember the leaked WhatsApp conversation in his work group wishing his staff death and sicknesses, calling someone a prostitute. (See attached), someone who actually said you took her company shares forcefully, naah. It’s giving narcissistic but hiding behind God which is quite shameful.
3. Mans bought a watch for a quarter mil, was flying business class together with his babe, spinning around in a Porsche flying around sourcing for jets and, starting a jet business etc etc. My question is, was this clients money he was using coz that’s some nasty ass business. God can’t honor that coz that’s plain theft. Also, how will you deliver a plane and you can’t deliver cars?
4. The arrogance with which he moves here on the TL spitting on people na saa hiyo ni pesa ya client? Nasty work
5. Claiming that you are being targeted by bloggers, being tested by God anga ke, na ni pesa ya client umekula is just diabolical.
Let’s not even get to the conversation of him saying he sold cars worth 1 billion last year. Hiyo pesa ya commission iko? 👀
Finally Kairo, take the L apologies to everyone you have wronged, stop this “god” complex arrogance you have, move with humility and silence and endeavor to rebuild your reputation.
For me, there is no way you’re going to take my hard earned money refuse to deliver my car then ask me to pray for you to overcome your challenges. Doesn’t work that way. Bruv, lala kwa cell ndio usirudie hiyo tabia tena.

Wrong. Once a practicing advocate decides to occupy public, s/he cannot represent whoever s/he wants. This is precisely why conflict of interest was conceived as a bar for those with no ethical compass. Whereas Twalib Mubarak’s statement was incoherent and untidy, James Orengo has a POSITIVE DUTY, as a public servant, to PROTECT PUBLIC RESOURCES from being embezzled. He cannot discharge that duty when he defends accused embezzlers. Kenyan advocates must stop being duplicitous.
Nelson Havi SC@NelsonHavi
Governor James Orengo SC is a practicing Advocate and can act for however he chooses to, including Lord Lucifer. Let Major Twalib Mubarak know that if he goes after James Orengo SC for performing his professional duties as an Advocate we will come after him and obliterate him.

CRE TEACHER IN HOT SOUP OVER EXAMS ‘LEAKAGE’
A 23-year-old teacher from a school in Kiambu County, has been arrested for alleging to be in possession of the forthcoming 2023 national examination papers for both primary and secondary school.
The suspect Nicholas Ngumbau Kalewa alias ‘Mr Examiner’ who teaches Christian Religion Education at St Lilian Academy in Gikambura village, was arrested following meticulous investigations by detectives attached to the Kenya National Examinations Council.
Mr Examiner, had opened over 10 WhatsApp and Telegram accounts where he was hawking the fake examination papers at a partly Sh1,500 per paper and Sh2,000 for a complete examination paper with its marking scheme.
In the typical conman’s language, he cautioned the over 900 parents and students in the group not to introduce other matters, as he was busy attending to those who were willing to buy.
“Avoid many stories in my inbox I have many clients,” said the religious education teacher in one of his curt responses seen by detectives.
He further cautioned the group members to be very cautious of scammers, since he was the only one with legit papers. The suspect who had used a stolen identity card to register the SIM cards that he was using had also opened a bank account and provided a till pay-bill number where the money would be sent.
The suspect’s plans were however nipped in the bud when detectives infiltrated the groups posing as students who had not done their revision and wanted to reap where they hadn’t sown.
A manhunt for the suspect immediately followed leading to his arrest in Gikambura village, Kiambu County, where several SIM cards believed to be used in the fraud were also found in his possession.
The Ministry of Education, the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have put up elaborate mechanisms aimed at upholding the integrity of administering the forthcoming KIPSEA and KCSE examination, to avoid cases of irregularities.
