People think it's wild that I logged my food for 11 years. The wilder thing is that most people can't be consistent with anything for 11 fucking weeks. It's not about food it's about measuring inputs to get the outputs you want. Also fyi for anyone who says i'm crazy it takes 3-5 min to log your food once you gain proficiency with the app, so this was insanely low effort with a high ROI.
