@620721steve @GWRHelp Trip is not for pleasure. I have an appointment (with my MP) in Chippenham at 12. Cannot wait for train - will find my own alternative / be driven by someone. Disappointed with GWR. Will drop GWR a note of concern later; can't let this overshadow other matters with MP.

@GWRHelp - planning to travel on 10:21 Melksham to Chippenham. Note train cancelled through lack of crew. What alternative arrangements for passengers?
