@PrettyDougal I think the govt hoped they wouldn’t be necessary & put off bringing them in plus a lot of the under 21’s hadn’t been done at that time hence would’ve caused 2 tier system

@welshscot65 Mean no offence! In a vulnerable group. Still don't understand the vaccine passport thing. Why wasn't anyone offered proof of having the vaccine after the second one? Seems like it would've saved a lot of hassle. The website crashed in Scotland.

@RenzaS Hate it, spent Sunday up there in the high teens with no reason & id woken thinking I was hypo took my brain a while to compute why it was feeling one way but body was saying another

@RenzaS Depending on the level - thirsty, sluggish, nauseous, (ketones make me vomit), more tired than usual (if that’s possible) and just generally unwell

@RickyPopat @ScottieGlover @KevWilson7 @DiabetesUK But how can you rebrand just one type of diabetes as far as I know (and I’m relatively well informed) there are at least 5 or 6 with specific names & some use the same treatment method as T1. It’s not as simple as saying “I’m T1 or I’m T2”

@ScottieGlover @KevWilson7 @DiabetesUK True, but he has a point. IMO Type 1 should be 're-branded' - it's the only way joe public will understand the absolute difference between them. It's literally two different worlds for people involved.
