Nothing is cast in stone in politics. It is because both ATIKU and OBI worked in synergy before and they came second and third, respectively, according to INEC and the Supreme Court, in the 2023 election, that makes their combo attractive.

My decision to delete that post was borne out of reflection, and I admit that your dangerous and very well documented hatred of Igbos did not help. The attached screenshot of your post refers.
You will however admit that the document you most unprofessionally posted does contain at least one glaring error, which, combined with your well known anti-Igbo sentiment, motivated my response.
I have NEVER seen @PoliceNG or police anywhere in the world for that matter, post the birth certificate of a felon of any type, so it did seem something other than good, honest police work motivated you to post that birth certificate. Once again, given your evidenced record of prejudice, it can only be put down to deep seated ethnic hatred of Igbos.

The confidence with which you prescribed “detention, trial, and dismissal” was remarkable. One might almost assume you were privy to findings the rest of us have yet to see. Even more telling is the quiet disappearance of your earlier position, which I have helped you to screenshot. It speaks volumes, especially for someone of your age and presumed exposure, where restraint, depth, and balance are expected. That said, social media verdicts do not determine accountability within the Nigeria Police Force; accountability is determined by established investigative and disciplinary frameworks designed to ensure fairness, accuracy, and justice. If there are indeed issues, they will be addressed thoroughly and lawfully, not theatrically. Until then, it may be more constructive to allow facts, not emotions, to lead the conversation. I have read those who do not know the qualities required of transformative leadership try to put Peter Obi down on the basis of degree type. This people do not know that real education starts after university. The genius of great political leaders is what they learn outside formal schooling.
Peter Obi is very insightful, better than many first class people i know. A Nigerian First Class in economics does not know much about running an economy unless he has read more books on economic development, policy and history after degree. I do not have a formal economics degree but i am knowledgeable on economic policy because i have read a lot of economic policy books. In fact, some of economists friends claim i have a bigger library of economics than all Nigerian departments of economics
I have interacted with professors and practical men and women of business. Oftentimes i find the practical men and women of business more informed about public policy than professors of one thing or the other.
I have a doctorate degree from a famous school. But I have read more books after my doctorate. I am better informed not because of my doctorate degree but because of consistent efforts to learn and learn.
Peter Obi is a student of leadership and governance. He knows more about economic and social transformation than many first class and doctorate degree graduates because he reads and listens to those who know.
I know this because reading and learning are my lifelong commitments, and I have listened to Peter and many PhDs and he comes out far more informed than them.
Today, Peter Obi has better knowledge of Nigeria’s economic and social crises and commitment to transforming the Nigerian condition than many first class and doctorate graduates.

A sitting governor negotiating a 60/40 power split before defecting tells you exactly what is wrong with our politics. This is not about policy or ideology. It is about control, influence, and access to power.
The rejection by the party was not about protecting the people either. It was about protecting internal interests and existing structures.
