The company keeps no connection logs under Swiss law, so there is nothing to produce even when an order is binding.

IF YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED, TRY THIS one user claims they recovered their suspended account by avoiding the in-app appeal and completing the verification process in a browser instead their tips were: 1. don't appeal through the Instagram app, use an incognito browser instead 2. if SMS codes don't arrive, try a phone number that has never been linked to your account 3. use the exact same photo as your profile picture for the selfie verification 4. make sure the date of birth on your account matches the one on your government ID according to them, matching your DOB was the most important part and their account was restored shortly after submitting their ID if you're stuck with a suspended account, it may be worth trying before giving up
