I'm seeing it right now, it's refusing to listen and actually objecting in chat to do tasks in chat ... it's also introduced a severe breaking production bug in my routing tables that I caught before it implemented it, and it ignored my instructions not to, and this is on Opus 4.6 high .. and it did it anyway.. twice
