I am a white woman. Last summer I was on a fourth or fifth date with a Black man. (Relevant). It was a walk through a large public park to lunch. Approaching was a Black woman pushing the CUTEST baby in a stroller—All smiles and cheeks. The woman and I smiled and I said “How cute!” After passing, my date was smirking shaking his head. “What?” I said thinking he was going to make a comment about how women love babies or something. 🧵

I don't think there is anywhere else in the US or the planet I have seen so many Asian and Indian men with good-looking White women than here in Miami. The Slavic influence must be playing a role but I've seen them do pretty well with even the All American East Coast girls.

It's crazy to see how in 2026, Asian and Indian men have ascended in the Western world. Sure, the losers and Incels of those races will always cry racism but I have seen such a massive uptick in Asian and Indian guys with White girls here in Miami. Then the JPM scandal. Even if it turns out to be BS, it's undeniable that every year, things get better for Asian and Indian guys. In a way, it was inevitable.

I don’t know @skylarromines very well. She took a phone call from me over 1 yr. Ago when she knew in advance she personally couldn’t make any money off of me. She helped me anyway and we didn’t even know each other at all. It was extremely kind, and I doubt she remembers

@ThinkInPeach Disagree on that one. The girl holding off on sex means she’s either not genuinely attracted or looking for a provider. Strong sexual connection is the core foundation.

@WestsideLAGuy If you’re looking for a girlfriend I recommend holding off. 9/10 if you have sex that quick it fizzles out. Too much physical connection, before the emotional connection is there.

The second she's deciding, she's losing interest. 3. Touch her in the first 10 minutes or accept the friendzone. 4. Two drinks max. You're vetting her, not numbing yourself. 5. Burn the "kiss-by-date-3" timeline. The guy who pays attention beats the guy on a schedule. 6. Leave before she wants you to. 7. The way she treats the waiter is how she'll treat you in 5 years. 8. Values tell you what she wants. Character tells you who she is. Test for both before month two. 9. She's already giving you signs. The girl baking you cake at church is not "just being friendly." 10. Don't ask permission to be her boyfriend. Tell her where you stand. Ask her where she's at.

What’s fascinating about hypergamy is that it was never new only recently scaled as an observable phenomenon. Back in the early 2010s if you went to any of the better nightclubs in NYC including Provocateur and even Avenue and 1oak you’d encounter an environment where there were 20 very attractive girls competing for every single guy and promoters juggling rosters of ten plus girls and getting away with behavior that was considered unimaginable at the time. But most people weren’t aware of this dynamic because they couldn’t easily get into these places and those that did were typically wealthy enough or attractive enough to not really care. The pipeline was usually an attractive girl would party hard from freshman year until around 23-24 and then age out and find a finance or art guy in the “real world” and start frequenting bars instead of clubs. Fast forward to instagram and then tinder by the mid 2010s and this concept was completely democratized. Very attractive but lower status guys were suddenly competing for the same girls. Doorman like Wass, Eddie and Ruby were replaced by a paid subscription. Clubs became lower status and wealthy clients migrated to places like Dubai and st tropez instead. Private clubs tried to replicate exclusivity but have mostly failed. Before nightclubs there were rockstars and socialites and so on.

@TMTLongShort Agree. Attraction & status are more important than character. It’s why looks maxxing is philosophically correct.

Meant in reverse as in the man is optimizing for attraction while women is optimizing for cost on the status-cost-attraction-companionship continuum. Think of it like a spectrum where all the way on the left you have zero companionship low status high cost high attraction for the man (hooker) and make your way towards all the way to the right where you have high companionship medium attraction high status medium cost (lasting marriage) which can shift (cost goes up without prenup etc). It’s all a relative matrix not vs objective looks but vs both the male and females market value. Dating isn’t cooked it’s just lopsided for the mean. You can definitely thrive if optimizing properly but only if you put in extraordinary effort. You need to be maxing on at least one dimension. Status and attraction are worth more now. Companionships (personality) and cost(Hoeflation) are worth less.
