Helping founders build what matters with Clari Station. Needed it myself, so I'm building it for everyone.

We’re definitely on that period where it’s hard to continue creating content, and I know I need to push just a bit more… my 2nd daughter is 10 days old now, we’re starting to understand her routine, and I’ll add a daily alarm to remind me to post. Btw, @grok Imagine is insane.

I’m really excited about a new project that I’ll be launching with a friend in the next couple of weeks. I’ll keep you posted.

Ladies and gentlemen, today we're launching one of our biggest changes to 𝕏 Introducing Custom Timelines This feature allows you to pin a specific topic to your home tab. With support for over 75 topics, you can dive deep into your favorite niche on X. It's powered by Grok's understanding of every post with the algorithm's personalization—meaning every timeline is made just for you. And it works even better when it's a topic you already engage with. This was a huge undertaking across many months, so we're excited for you take it for a spin. We're giving early access to Premium subscribers on iOS (and Android coming very soon).

Been away for the last week because my second daughter was born. Consistency is important when building things, but knowing when to enjoy your achievements is even more important. It’s okay to take a few days off. It’s okay to sleep well. Take care of yourself. Enjoy the reason you’re working hard.

Your friends love your startup idea. Your mom thinks you're brilliant. Random strangers nod enthusiastically when you pitch. So why is your bank account still crying? Turns out there's a massive gap between "sounds cool" and "I'll pay for this right now." Just wrote about how to spot it early.

What is your goal now? More revenue? More profit? More users? If you want more users to validate the product, weekly is a low entry point where users will feel more comfortable to invest and test. You can always change that later when you have a good number of users. Keep it the way it is, and listen more to your paying users than to random people on X (yeah, me included). Keep going! ;)

People say that I should add monthly sub option My logic for adding weekly & yearly was: conversion on weekly is better + I can capture more users who wouldn't have paid otherwise. LTV on yearly would still be the highest But if LTV on monthly > LTV on weekly I can accept a lower conversion on monthly ofc cause LTV is all that matters Is that the case from your experience?
Katarina Ore@katarinaore

My first ever paywall for an iOS app is done.. Should I do monthly sub instead of yearly? 7-day trial instead of 3-day? What are your thoughts?

As expected, a lot is going on right now, and it's been really hard to keep showing up here... not much progress lately, other things in life hitting a bit harder these last few days, but also good things in the horizon... The goal still is to be consistent here, and slowly trying to also bring more value instead of just sharing random thoughts that no one really cares... I've been noticing how hard it is to actually provide value without someone asking me questions. It's the opposite of what I'm comfortable with...

This guy cracked Reddit before anyone else figured it out. $0 to $30,000 MRR in 4 months. I sat down with @romanbuildsaas for a few hours. So here's the top 4% of our chat: > His SAAS, what it does and how much it makes (2:14) > How a YC rejection turned into 179,000 views (5:20) > NEVER do this 1 thing when writing your posts (7:35) > His entire 8-step Reddit post writing framework (7:57) > Why negative feedback is actually a good thing (10:39)

Needed the holidays to recharge. If you're building something, remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint. Take care of yourself. Recharge. And keep going.

Best example that you should NOT focus on just one product but keep trying new ones might be Amazon If Jeff Bezos did he'd be still selling books Instead now Amazon with AWS is the backend of the entire internet

The people who don’t get this are probably really bad partners, and they have no clue about that… I totally got you, and it’s a really nice thing to take the time to reflect on these kind of things, even if it means asking for AI, because friends would usually do what people in the comments are doing… Imagine when they find out that (with the right prompt) Opus 4.6 is already better than most therapists out there. Nicely done, man! 👊🏻

My “For You” feed is only about people complaining… and irony is that I’m here complaining about people complaining… any tips to change that?

I’m usually the user who reads everything and never comments. Not because I don’t care. It was the same at school, almost never raising my hand to ask questions in public. That’s fine. But when you’re the one writing content and get no feedback at all, it feels really strange. Getting used to it. The goal is long-term. Let’s keep going. 👊🏻

i love to build products. hours fly when i'm solving a problem, thinking about the simplest possible solution that will make users (people!) lives easier to allow them to spend more time doing the thing they love, with the people they love. sometimes it's their spouse or husband, sometimes it's their kids, their friends, even their boyfriend or girlfriend. reducing a page load speed from 2s to 0.5s is not about technology. it's about giving people their time back, so they can focus on the things that really matter to them. you still want to do your job, but you don't want to feel like you're wasting valuable time of your life waiting, or even worse, doing things that you don't need to do. it's not about that extra 2 seconds, it's about the frustration and the feeling that persists after that moment. removing friction is giving people back their peace of mind.

@katarinaore Totally! Have you read the book "Fall in Love with the Problem, Not the Solution"? It's by the founder of Waze, and he talks exactly about things like that... ;)
