I am a cosponsor of HB 249. This bill prohibits obscene performances in front of minors and closes a loophole in Ohio’s public indecency definition. No one should be performing in an indecent way that is harmful to juveniles.

WHAM Young Conservatives have officially voted on our first round of Primary Election endorsements. We’re proud to announce our endorsement for PJ Reilly for Union County Commissioner. PJ Reilly has been a major ally of WHAM and played a key role in supporting our organization when we first got started. Through his work with Turning Point Action, he has helped build and connect grassroots organizations across the state and led efforts to elect strong constitutional candidates. Prior to that, PJ served as a Field Representative for Ohio’s 15th Congressional District, where he gained valuable experience navigating the federal appropriations process — knowledge he plans to use to advocate for Union County and bring resources back to the community. PJ is focused on protecting Union County’s future by standing against unchecked data center expansion that threatens farmland and raises costs for residents. He supports prioritizing single-family housing to keep the American Dream within reach and is committed to working with state leaders to find real, lasting solutions to property tax concerns affecting local families. @RealPJReilly

WHAM Young Conservatives have officially voted on our first round of Primary Election endorsements. We’re proud to announce Marcell Strbich as our first statewide endorsement. Marcell brings over 20 years of dedicated service as an Air Force Intelligence Officer, serving in multiple high-level leadership roles across national security and intelligence operations. A combat veteran, he deployed five times in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Throughout his career, he earned numerous honors, including the Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and multiple Air Medals, along with several “Officer of the Year” awards recognizing his leadership and excellence. Marcell has also been a leading voice on election integrity in Ohio, serving as a full-time advocate, legislative proponent, and policy advisor. He authored first-in-the-nation legislation proposing military-grade cybersecurity standards for voting systems, as well as multiple pieces of legislation addressing election concerns, including HB 552 and HB 472. He also successfully argued a case before the Ohio Supreme Court, resulting in strengthened training requirements for poll workers and increased accountability in the election process. This decision was carefully debated among our members, but what ultimately led us here was the Ohio Republican Party’s recent move to weigh in on multiple state-level primary races. An organization meant to inform voters and support victories in November chose instead to put its thumb on the scale — a move we believe undermines the voters it represents. To us, this endorsement is not only support for a strong candidate, but a clear message: trust the voters, respect the process, and let the people decide. @marcellstrbich

WHAM Young Conservatives have officially voted on our first round of Primary Election endorsements. Starting off, we're proud to announce our three out-of-state endorsements: 1. Brandon Herrera - Brandon reflects the best of what the true 2A community has to offer. Beyond his work in the gun industry, he has been on the forefront of analyzing new gun laws, and often calling out their unconstitutionality. Brandon will be the kind of congressman we need to roll back draconian infringements of our 2nd amendment. 2. TJ Roberts - In addition to being a great friend of WHAM, TJ has proven himself to be a stellar representative of traditional constitutional principles in his home state, particularly by limiting government, protecting gun rights, fighting abortion, and protecting parents. 3. Thomas Massie - Need we say more? Massie has proven himself to be the number one advocate for preserving a future for the next generations of Americans in all of congress. While we as an org may have split views on his foreign policies, one thing we remained unified on: true America First candidates would follow in Massie's footsteps. While we may be limited in how we as an organization support these candidates, we want to make it clear that these are the candidates that BEST represent what WHAM believes, and what we would like to see from candidates running in our own districts. @realTJRoberts @MassieforKY @TheAKGuy
