Friends! Thank you for the massive wave of support you showed us last night! We do love you all so much. Sadly, I have to report that Baby Dog put his Naughty Trousers on last night and Banana Arnold took the full brunt of it. Cleo managed to get out of the way just in time, but I think she was a bit shocked! 🙀
Excuse me! It’s Ron here. I have had an Absolutely Exhausting Day snoozing in a Sun Puddles. It’s been HOT! ☀️ ☀️ Now it’s time for cuddles with Mum before bed. Night night, everyone. Sleep tight 💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡 #WhiskerWednesday
Friends! Guess what? It’s #NationalPuppyDay so we thought we’d remind you of what Baby Dog was like when he was a Puppy. Here he is at almost 3 months old, desperately trying to get my attention. Look how patient I was with him. I was learning - developing ideas of how to play with him. Our Special Relationship had begun ❤️
NOSEYBONK was the unofficial star of BBC puzzle show for kids, Jigsaw. Along with Worzel Gummidge, he was intended to be whimsical and charming, but ended up having the opposite effect on a large section of the audience. And look here: there's two of the bloody things!
Two NHS nurses fighting each other in a Hospital.
That’s very Professional isn’t it!
Plus surely you should speak fluent English if you work for the NHS.
The comparison being made is flawed because it treats gender identity as arbitrary imagination rather than a documented aspect of human development and psychology.
All human bodies start from the same developmental template in the womb. For the first several weeks of gestation embryos are anatomically indistinguishable in terms of sex characteristics. That is why everyone has structures such as nipples. They form before sex differentiation begins and remain regardless of later developmental pathways.
Around six to seven weeks, if an embryo carries a functioning SRY gene on a Y chromosome, testes begin to develop. If that pathway is not activated, ovarian development proceeds. This is only the first stage of differentiation. From that point onward hormones guide further development.
Testosterone and its derivative dihydrotestosterone shape internal ducts and external genital structures during specific developmental windows. If those hormones are absent, reduced, mistimed or not properly received because of receptor differences, development follows different pathways. This is how medically recognised variations occur including androgen insensitivity syndrome, 5-alpha reductase deficiency and chromosomal mosaicism. Biology already documents these outcomes.
Brain development occurs on its own timeline and is influenced by prenatal hormone exposure during gestation. Neuroendocrinology research shows that sexual differentiation of the brain does not necessarily occur at the same time or through the same mechanisms as genital differentiation. Divergence between these processes is biologically plausible and observed in medical literature.
Human sex development is therefore not a single moment decided at conception. It is a layered biological process involving chromosomes, gene activation, hormone production, receptor sensitivity, anatomy and brain development across pregnancy.
This is the biological context in which transgender identity is studied.
The idea that identifying as transgender is equivalent to randomly declaring oneself an object is not supported by scientific or medical evidence. Objects do not possess developmental biology, endocrine systems or consistent cross-cultural documentation. Transgender people do.
Gender identity is a recognised human characteristic studied across neuroscience, endocrinology, psychology and genetics. Major medical bodies including the World Health Organization, American Medical Association, Royal College of Psychiatrists and NHS England recognise gender incongruence as a real human phenomenon rather than a delusional belief.
Research indicates that aspects of brain structure and function associated with gender identity are influenced by prenatal hormone exposure. This does not imply a single cause of being transgender. It demonstrates that identity is grounded in developmental biology rather than imagination.
Legal frameworks reflect this reality. The Equality Act 2010 recognises gender reassignment as a protected characteristic and healthcare systems worldwide provide gender-affirming care based on established clinical guidelines.
Recognising transgender people does not remove anyone else’s rights. Equality law functions through balancing protections so multiple groups can exist with dignity and safety simultaneously.
Gender identity is therefore a recognised human trait shaped by biology, development and lived experience. It is not equivalent to arbitrary self-description. Respecting transgender people is not collusion with fantasy. It reflects established medical understanding and human rights law.
If you understood the science and biology you wouldn’t have to repeat fascist tropes all the time and so many people might not be so disappointed in you. Including people who love you and respect your legacy.
If you put your hand up and declare that you’re a teapot, unfortunately that doesn’t then mean that all and sundry are able to make a pot of tea with you!!🙄I support your RIGHT to call yourself anything you want, but NOT at the expense or collusion of anyone else!! Do you boo 😵💫
Chums! Baby Dog here! Ha ha! I fooled so many of you yesterday when I was in disguise as Ron! Most of you didn’t realise it was me talking! 😹 Sorry to have tricked you. To make it up to you, I’m taking you on a Walk - please turn up your sound and listen to the incredible Birdsong. And you must be on Squizzer-Watch for there are at least TWO in this video! 🐿️
Tiger would like to inform everybody that David Baddiel: Catman starts very soon on @Channel4. 8pm in fact. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Watching @rickygervais new show, Mortality.
I’m SO OFFENDED 😠 DO NOT WATCH IT. DO NOT GO ON NETFLIX (if you haven’t already cancelled it) AND WATCH MORTALITY BY RICKY GERVAIS.
OFFENSIVE. 😡
Sleep easy Chris, a true legend… ❤️

@damekatydenise_@jk_rowling I heard she is splashing out this time & getting a multi destination trip. An upgraded static at Presthaven Sands and a hotel stay at
the Travel Lodge Seafront at Rhyl. She has even pre-ordered a few crates of Aldi's Moscato Spumante. Doesn't get more sophisticated than that
Christmas with my whole family, a holiday at New Year with family and dear friends and enough money to keep Beira’s Place running for generations. Thank you 🥰
@daniellismore If you asked Bowie if he was a man he didn’t throw a hissy fit and say his rights were being threatened. He experimented sexually which is within any consenting adults right.
I genuinely cannot understand how generation above me ended up here. We grew up idolising David Bowie and through him discovered Lou Reed and Iggy Pop. We lived through punk and post punk smashing gender norms in public. We watched Prince blur masculinity and desire. We danced to Boy George. We worshipped Grace Jones. Then came the flamboyance of the eighties where androgyny excess and self invention were celebrated. Gender bending was not a threat. It was art. It was freedom. It was cool.
So how did the same generation become so hostile to people simply existing outside rigid boxes. How did we go from celebrating difference to fearing it. This backlash does not come from culture or history. It comes from forgetting who we were and what we stood for. None of this is new. Get over it.
