Thanks @TUIUK for ruining the start to our holiday today by keeping us on the plane for 3.5 hours, then in the departure lounge for another 2 with zero information! Cancelling by text in the end for an entire plane of people. No @TUIUK rep to be seen! Appalling! @MENnewsdesk
