Thanks @TUIUK for ruining the start to our holiday today by keeping us on the plane for 3.5 hours, then in the departure lounge for another 2 with zero information! Cancelling by text in the end for an entire plane of people. No @TUIUK rep to be seen! Appalling! @MENnewsdesk

So @TUIUK haven’t covered themselves in glory. Flight delayed by over 3 hours & the online form for compensation isn’t working! I’m hardly surprised!

@TUIUK ive been stranded i man airport should flown sunday 4pm with two kids one of which is disabled feel i've lived the film terminal no food no support only to be told last night you've cancelled my holiday but i won't get a refund for 14 days
