Day 22 (entire trip) with no bag. Edit not enabled on PIR so can’t add home address. @KLM_UK and @KLM step up and communicate, stop hiding behind bots, tell us how many bags are actually lost, how many (any?) bags are cleared/day, and when we should give up on you @Victims_of_KLM

Day 16 of no bag. As per the last 16 days @KLM and @KLM_UK doing absolutely nothing and providing zero updates on our specific case or what they are doing (nothing?) to sort this mess out for everyone effected by it.

@KLM_UK @KLM @KLM_UK 15 days with no bag… and let’s be realistic no one is actually doing anything to solve this problem. Where is the actual situation? How many bags are lost? How many bags are being cleared per day? How long should we expect to wait?

Day 5 of #klmluggage issues. Nice words but no action from @KLM_UK (but really appreciate at least communicating). Tracked 2 bags myself at airport. Now only 1 lost. @klm are you actually doing anything? Can you communicate what your process is?

Day 3 of no luggage. @klm PIR site still says TRACING CONTINUES. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER. #klm social media team has asked for a DM. Can they help with #klmluggage? Website says “…it unfortunately will not help you to contact us about this.”

Day 2 of no bags, Email yesterday to say “good news” 2 of 3 #klmbaggage is on flight to Bristol and @KLM will contact shortly. How long is shortly @klm @KLM_UK? Website not updated and now @KLM phone number cuts you off.

@vectorltd How long does it take to get a gas leak fixed? Over a week now and no progress. BTW "can't give you an update on times" and "no supervisors available" are not great answers.
