“In the last few weeks of June, we saw clients shift their quarterly capex spend toward servers, storage, and memory purchases to secure supply-constrained infrastructure ahead of expected price increases.”
IBM “did not anticipate the magnitude of the capex reprioritization,” and said clients were also distracted by “rapidly-evolving, industry-wide cybersecurity concerns.”
Krishna also said: “We did not adapt and move quickly enough,” with large deals failing to close on expected timelines.

I spoke to a friend whos working on AI in a TOP US company and he had these big warnings 1. He says right now most top orgs are pushing demos and tests all AI generated in the hope that something clicks 2. Lot of Fomo in big companies, if Company A did a new launch, goalpost internally shifts to build that using Claude Code or Codex 3. They acknowledge that the Tokens they are using has no significant revenue output 4. Most junior devs have stopped using their brains and prompt claude for everything 5. Lot of Technical Debt being built in todays platform, new code built on top of current AI generated code. Predicts in 1-2years this will break 6. Predicts that the day top management realizes Tokens and compute is not getting enough revenue, then big layoffs and budget cuts might happen Crazy scary times - People invested in AI trade - Dont risk too much :)

Blue Dart’s delivery person marked me unavailable twice. He never called, and he never came to the house. I have CCTV footage to prove it.
When I complained, @BlueDart_’s response was to ask for a “respectful conversation”.
Apparently, the delivery person can lie. The customer must watch his tone.
