@DiscussingFilm @etnow Tom cooking with that one 🔥 Spidey’s got the heart, the moves, and zero need for a billionaire bailout. Batman’s just rich cosplay.

Tom Holland when asked if Batman has anything better than Spider-Man:
“I'd say nothing. He has more money than Spider-Man. That’s about it, to be honest.”

@DealerEvan @jmpaquette People need a bigger reason to come out: champions. The champs need reason to race more than wait for Breeders cup
English

@jmpaquette A few bigwigs in the industry have asked what they need to do in order to grow handle. I responded incentivize people to come out an experience a day at the races. Food, seats, forms, parking…they looked at me and said, “no, I’m talking about handle”. Enough said. #clueless
English

@jmpaquette True. And you know what puts butts in seats at the racetrack? Champions who stick around run, Zenyatta, Arrogate, Flightline will bring people out. Shared Belief vs CA Chrome. But retiring them quick and racing them less and less in their careers...who wants to get their hopes up
English

@equinepaparazzi @DiRienzi @DougieSal He would defeat Tiznow, Zenyatta, Beholder, Bluesthestandard by open lengths, hand ride
English

@widdyjack @DiRienzi @DougieSal Claiming horses could have beat most of those fields. Tell me who he beat that was a competitive horse.

@DickHarder1138 @sw_holocron No I addressed the essential point, here it is again: it should not go both ways.
English

@widdyjack @sw_holocron You conveniently ignored the rest of my post to get attention I'm gonna guess.

George Lucas explains that “the audience doesn’t know what they want to see” in a new interview.
“If they don’t like a character, that’s interesting, and as a filmmaker I want to find out why. But when the studios hear that, they take the wrong message. They let the audience actually make the movie. Of course, now they go crazy with that. Now, it’s all about what the fans think. That isn’t how you make the movie. You make a movie by finding someone that knows how to make movies, that has a story to tell and is passionate about it.”

@BBCNews There is PLENTY diversity: gender, age, height, weight, religion, dietary preference, workout preference, literary taste, music, taste, educational background...WE are all unique. But what BBC looks for is RACIAL diversity...it's all about RACE for them...theyre the true racists!

@Leofunfacts @sw_holocron They want a movie , they get a movie. This is not a class where they collaborate
English

@sw_holocron "They let the audience actually make the movie"
This is absolute BS!! Studios keep making the oposite of what the audience wants.

@DickHarder1138 @sw_holocron Why would it go both ways? The fans aren't movie makers. Good lord. That's why we have sh*t movies today
English

@sw_holocron It goes both ways I feel. Studios shouldn't compromise true art by trying to please a select group, and they shouldn't be some sort of niche artsy self-indulgent film especially if the art has grown beyond the artist and isn't fully original work. It's tough to find the balance.

@DiRienzi @DougieSal Six races. 36 opponents of mediocre quality in a shut down pandemic year. Never ran against a quality field. Ever. Could be a fantastic Sire but he didn’t beat anybody. That’s why nobody knows.

@thirdmetax Wow, what that's actually an amazingly empty headed take

Will Smith reveals he did not want to do The Pursuit of Happyness because he thought it was just a movie about a guy getting a job
“I did not want to make Pursuit of Happyness, so I looked at it and it was like it’s a really great story, but I was like who wants to go to the movies to see a dude get a job in the 80s?”
“It was like the movie is about a guy who gets a job, compared to Men in Black, compared to I am Legend, and I saw it was a really great story, but I just didn’t think it had box office viability”
“JL has exquisite taste, he said I promise you, and I read it and I loved it, I just didn’t think it had box office viability, and it ended up making 300 million, it’s a classic”

@TurboGurbo @TommyNorri28072 @VeVeMeister @Polymarket All he said was your son will turn out happy and u spin it to some vulgar direction.
Grow up
English

@widdyjack @TommyNorri28072 @VeVeMeister @Polymarket Nah his first instinct was “your son will grow up to have sex with men”, that’s weird of him

KISS co-founder Gene Simmons quickly regretted going on Matan Even’s podcast and ended up walking out after Matan kept trolling him with the WILDEST questions 😭😭💀
“How have you been able to get away with blackface for so long? … You’re saying the Jewish people, that tribe that you’re in and I’m not, get to do whatever they want without consequences?”
English

@TurboGurbo @TommyNorri28072 @VeVeMeister @Polymarket That's not what his comment was about, that was YOUR weird idea.
English

@TommyNorri28072 @VeVeMeister @Polymarket It’s very weird to talk about the future sex lives of children. If you don’t understand that, you can’t be helped
