@comed hourly rate customer question: why do the hourly rates dramatically rise to $.25+ (I’ve seen up to a dollar) but never drop that low? Seems statistically slanted.

@Tesla Cybertruck feature request: I’d like to be able to charge my Cybertruck while towing. The ford lightening can do it. With the huge drop in efficiency, it is awful to tow any distance over 100 miles. This feature will also help compete with hybrid trucks, REEVs, coming to the market.

I did a quick and simple ActorCritic test with Isaac lab/sim 5.1 on an NVIDIA T4 in the cloud. Worked fine. You can scale up to pricier GPUs only when needed.

The best part is the left turns are perfect. On v13, it was always too sharp of a turn.

Give college students a real competition and they’ll do amazing things! It’s needed in the humanoid space.

Watched real life real steel hosted by Ultimate Fighting Bots @UFBots. @UCBerkeley vs @Stanford. The RL controller on @UnitreeRobotics G1 was very robust and withstood several punches, good job whoever trained it. Thanks @Xxxenia_k for hosting and @TheHumanoidHub for the info.

Humanoid robotics future: successful manufacturers will provide coarse-grain navigation and hardware. There will be a development ecosystem (app store) for finer-grain / task-driven services. The robots (s) that get to the open ecosystem (software dev) fastest at the best value will win. At a macro level, it’s this simple. The development ecosystem is critical for long-term success.

There needs to be a competing ESP32 product built outside of China. There is nothing else like it.
