So mint has charged me for 3 months of service I don’t have and cost me countless hours of lost revenue this weekend cause according to the supervisor there no telling when the other dept will actually fix it…

Transferred service to @mintmobile after hearing great things, eSIM failed to install… an hour later, multiple cs reps and a supervisor and I’m told they can only issue new esims by opening a ticket to some arbitrary dept who will get to it when they get to it… wtf

@charleskoh I tip if I get service such as delivery or table service. If I’m picking up or it’s self serve or pick up at the counter, ain’t happening. Yes, they deserve a living wage, but it’s not my job to supplement that.

what are your thoughts on tip culture? I love supporting the industry but I feel like your forced to give a 20-30% tip for everything (including a bottle of water), and when you click 0% on the pad you are shamed.

@telegram Ya but the fact we can only give titles to admins is a real annoyance. I wanna give people who contribute to our groups meaningfully, titles, while not giving them powers over the group they don’t need.

You can give each admin in your group a custom title – to display their role or simply add a little flair. #TelegramTips

@Uber_Support your driver support in app is hot trash. I consistently get chat agents who barely speak English let alone understand the issue and are unable to help. Do better… I’ll keep earning money on @AskLyft since you can’t fix the issue I guess.

flabbergasted at the state of fast chargers owned by @Shell @PSETalk and @ElectrifyAm in South King County, WA. Half the stations only have a single charger working or none at all at multiple locations to the point it’s easier for me to drive to another county to charge!
