Shes bouta be so successful 10 years old taking ownership to find a way to get what she wants I'm not sure why she needs money for a podcast or writing because you could do it for free But I want to reward that intuition to want to work and generate money So I'm going to hire her for some basic task I did this for my other sister too. Real photoshoots are dead. We just replaced a $10K towel photoshoot with AI in 20 minutes. Most DTC brands are still paying photographers thousands, renting studios, and waiting weeks for product shots. They're burning money on every shoot and can't test new angles without paying for another session. I spent the last few months testing AI tools to see what actually works. We found one. FreePik Spaces. Here's what we're doing with it: Same product, 50+ variations Beach scenes, studio shots, lifestyle images Close-ups of texture and detail Model holding it, walking with it, lying on it Families using it, sand falling off it. All you need is one good studio photo of your product. That's your input. AI handles the rest. We did this for Turkish towels. One model photo. One product shot. Then we generated: Model laying on the towel Walking on the beach with it Close-ups of her hand on the fabric Detail shots of the fibers and texture Different family scenes Same towel. Same model. Every angle you need. We didn't need a photographer or studio, and it took less than 20 minutes. @willconnell246 The $30k to $100k jump is where most DTC brands hit an inflection point on the ops side too. Content + ads can drive the top line, but if your fulfillment and inventory aren't ready for 3x the volume, you end up with backorders and 1-star reviews undoing the growth.

A founder asked me how to take his successful retail brand online. He was in many retailers and had the brand and the customers, but zero e-commerce presence. Here's the exact 10-step strategy I gave him: 1. Audit what you actually have first. Before you spend a single dollar. 2. Install your Meta Pixel immediately. Without the pixel, you wont gather any data and will not be able to scale. 3. Optimize your site BEFORE you run ads. Paid traffic to a site that doesn't convert is just burning cash. Fix the foundation first. 4. Add bundles and upsells. Buy 1, buy 2 for 10% off, buy 3 for 20% off. Simple stuff that completely changes your AOV. 5. Create a ton of video assets and test new angles. Video almost always outperforms static. 6. Run an awareness campaign first to test your creatives, primary copy, and headlines. Find your winners there. Then move them into a sales campaign. (This is the game changer) 7. Watch your hook rate and hold rate. Hook rate above 20% = Great hook. Hold rate above 12% = Solid. These two numbers tell you everything. 8. Let Meta do the targeting. Stop manually building audiences. Their algorithm is better at finding buyers than you are. 9. Double down on what's winning. Scale the videos that are converting. Put more budget behind them and keep iterating with new variations. 10. Build email flows in parallel. Post-purchase, review requests, retention. He's starting from zero online sales.
