Hey Flo, I just saw your post on the Creative Strategist role. I've been editing DTC/Ecom content for a while now, talking head, AI video, motion graphics, hooks optimized for paid media. I think in terms of CTR and retention, not just cuts. Here's my portfolio: vimeo.com/user225399495 Available 20hrs/week. Happy to hop on a quick call if it looks like a fit.

I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world. @binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93 @thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best) If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that. Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong. So I asked the best in the world: what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else. I wrote it all up in one doc. I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce. reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.

Meta just reported their Q4 2025 advertising revenue. A record $58.1 billion. That's 24% higher than 2024 and roughly a mid-sized country's GDP. Which is great news for Meta, but it also explains why ‘good’ ads are no longer good enough. Typically when platform spend jumps this dramatically, it means your competition just got fiercer... More businesses posting more ads, while new businesses start flooding in all competing for the same attention you're fighting for. (Which explains the 6% increase in ad spend on Meta.) "Proven" Ad concepts that once delivered a 5x ROAS slowly start to falter. Engagement drops off without a clear reason. And it becomes harder to tell what actually made your ads work in the first place. Why? Because angles, language, and scripts are becoming saturated. Everyone has access to the same tools and the same systems, and narutally as volume increases, the lines that set brands apart begin to blur. And from a writers perspective that's the most frustrating part! As key to standing out in 2026 is literally write under your nose... If you pardon the pun! (Sorry I couldn't help myself with that one) It's your brand's voice. Your brand's identity. The words it would use even if no algorithm were watching. But as more and more marketers and writers begin to overely on AI your voice starts to become lost... Your once creative ideas become surface-level copies of other ads... The language used in a script stops being you... And in a market where attention costs more and outputs look more similar, the real advantage isn't speed. It’s having something distinct and meaningful to say in the first place. I'm not saying to throw AI out the window, rather to lean back into what made you unique in the first place! Maybe you agree, maybe you don’t. Either way, I’m curious to hear how people are planning their ads this year. #Copywriting #Ads #BrandVoice #ContentStrategy

“My ideal client won’t attend a webinar” Most coaches think like that ^^ But when you dig deep you find that it’s nothing but a limiting belief. You see, your ideal client will attend anything once you PROVE to them that it’s worth their time & energy. Meaning you show VALUE>

@zitzflo Hey! I’ve worked with multiple DTC brands, creating static ads focused on conversions, scroll-stopping visuals, and clear brand messaging. Would love to explore this opportunity! Btw which product category are you running ads for? (Skincare, apparel, supplements, etc.)
