@Rauko001 Granted jt looks good and impressive. But thats not really what Daz does. To animate this model you can import her in Blender and do it yourself. Or use a mocap or similar system. And Grok likely also uses unethically sourced video to "learn" this stuff.

@Rauko001 Like that you make it "not Daz" anymore. And its not really yours anymore even though yours inspired it. I embrace the Daz look, Daz shines in stills. I don't even seek realism and I embrace 3D look. If I'd want to animate I'd learn an animation software and opt to do it myself

@willi_brordus And seemed to elevate the images to the next level .. I'm looking at my original image and something in the video and, other than the quality of the expressions, you'd be hard pressed thinking they were created by different sources

@Rauko001 You can have generative fill do it faster. But you are playing a game of chance if the sky will be according the idea. And any prompt can be better or worse. And then I'm not even mentioning how the datasets are made. 2/2

@Rauko001 I use AI to denoise and upscale. I draw the line where textual prompts are the input to generate something that wasn't there to begin with. A skyreplace is also manually possible. But needs a person at the helm and requires that person to have or search for a suitable sky. 1/2

@Rauko001 Simulation isnt an "intelligent" process Its on par with the contextual tools in Photoshop. But prompting photoshop to Replace something or to retouch something is also a manual skill we have. I rather do it hands on than roll the dice on it. Its never gonna be your exact vision

@willi_brordus Now, ignore full AI Generation- isn’t using AI as a tool just like using something like dForce? We could sculpt and / or pose the dress the model is wearing by hand – but dForce does it faster and better than what we can do but we don’t mark down the art because of it
