The number of women who say “I can’t possibly be pregnant” and then have a positive test means that doctors just can’t take what patients say as fact.
I’m not losing my licence over this

Taking a pregnancy test as a routine check before a medical procedure costs the patient nothing, and will sometimes save women and babies from terrible harm.
If this online meme for labelling pregnancy tests “medical misogyny” discourages even one medic from following this routine, women and babies will be put at risk.

Yeah, it's frustrating that they think statistically & it feels a lot like they don't believe you know your own body which is insulting. It'll be because of the number of women who answered 'no' to possibility of pregnancy, but are pregnant & pregnancy endangered by procedure. 1/

This is a short story of Tobias Halland Johannessen's Tour de France so far:
- Makes front split in crosswinds on day 1.
- Accidentally knocks Pogi off his bike on stage 11, inundated with hateful messages on social media.
- Finishes 4th on Hautacam the next day and climbs to 8th on GC.
