ideally, your gym routine should look like this: Monday – 2hrs (back & bicep) Tuesday – 2hrs (shoulder & triceps) Wednesday – 2hrs (full body) Thursday – rest Friday – 2hrs (leg day) Saturday – 2hrs (abs & chest) Sunday – rest day. do this consistently for one year and you will get your best body shape.

@Jadecat98 @gregogallagher Lol, You dont need to stretch for 30 mins man. And you dont need 30 mins of cardio. 45 mins - hour weights. 15- 20 mins cardio. People can do what they want , im just saying 2 hours in the gym is definitely not needed.
