And so concludes 17 straight days of broadcasting @tritonpoker - my first full SHR series. As a 🇨🇦 kid, I always enjoyed watching Hockey Night in Canada and the thing I remember liking most was the enthusiastic commentating of Bob Dole. His passion for the game improved the viewing experience tremendously. Marv Albert, Hubie Brown & Kevin Harlan were a few of my favorite 🏀 announcers in my teens & early 20s. Some part of me from a young age always thought I’d enjoy a career in broadcasting I’m still a player first, make no mistake, but increasingly enjoying the storytelling side of the felt - and no better place than Triton, where the lights are biggest and brightest, to hone those skills Thanks to the staff & players for an unforgettable 2.5 weeks

What’s something irrational that really tilts you in poker? I hate on the river when the dealers count down the remaining deck whilst people are thinking. I know they have to do it / their job and helps, but always drives me irrationally tilted.

At what point do we get to say tournament operators have gone too far? This event is for 40 years or older at the @WSOP circuit. Effectively shutting out majority of pros. My fear is eventually tournaments will be slightly privatized which goes against the whole beauty of tournament poker. I slightly understand if they added this event but it was a complete replacement of an open field event. Honestly it is already hard enough to be profitable in circuits with expenses and rake that now I believe 3 events are blocked off make it infinitely harder to make trips worth it. I still believe in Senior and Ladies field events but at what point have operators gone too far?
