The date of birth disclosed for the above individual is November 2005 (there is no day disclosed). So, by 19 October 2024, this individual would have been 18 years and 11 months old On 18 October 2024, the day before the incident with Glinner, Mx Gokdeniz Bektas was appointed company secretary. There is no date of birth and in the UK, there is no lower age limit for company secretaries. That a company would have two officials with the form of address "Mx" is quite rare. On 28 October 2024, a week after the incident, the company had a new company secretary appointed, Ms Sophia Abigail Brooks. There is no age disclosed, but that is normal for mere company secretaries. Sophia Abigail Brooks would be a rare combination of first, middle and surname, but probably not unique. Because of the rareness of the name, the rareness of Mx designations (and two in this company) and the closeness in age (18 years versus 17 years), you won't be surprised to learn, people are asking, "is this the same person" as Glinner's accuser, and if so, what is their true age (17 as claimed by the complainant, police and Public Prosecution Service or nearly 19 as suggested by UK Companies House, if and that's an important qualifier, if this is the same person. Graham Linehan should never have been dragged through the courts in the first place. The real scandal is a system that wastes time on litigious nonsense driven by professional activists while serious crime goes unpunished. We need to kill cancel culture. Free speech cannot survive if the process becomes the punishment.
