@easyjet I will no longer make my flight from Jersey to London on Sunday, I am looking to re-book. It is more expensive to change than to miss the flight - is this the route I should take?

Hi @easyJet I have made countless efforts to contact you including DMs and tweets and no one has got back to me. I am awaiting a refund for a flight in APRIL. Have been appalled by your service so far - can't believe I used to work for you! What a shambles.

@easyJet I am unable to get through to your phone line in order to get a refund for my flight tomorrow... why not just give this option to people online?!?!!?!

@ASOS_HeretoHelp we ordered trainers of 31st March through my friend's account and no sign of these. You confirmed first pair not sent (?!?!) and reordered, still no sign and no update.
