@FBA_Fuchs Find good leads first, figure out how to get ungated second. Try and scale to 10k+/month. At $2,500 rev your overhead is gonna eat all your profits. Dm me if you need any help.
October is my first full month of selling on Amazon and this is what I’m striving for.
If you guys have any advice on what else I should be focusing on lmk.
Always forgot to screenshot the orange bars, but July’s looking like our most profitable non-December month ever!
(Full transparency though we never actually put all our operating expenses in Sellerboard so net profit is probably like 10k less than what it shows)
Quick recap of the last two months 👇
June was rough. 9.8% refund rate, lots of apparel/shoes, and I was doing everything solo — no VAs, no Seller Snap. Sales were $33.8K but profit wasn’t great.
In July, I made some key changes:
✅ Hired 2 part-time VAs
✅ Started using Seller Snap
✅ Shifted away from apparel/shoes (high return rates)
Despite having more expenses overall with my Vas and Seller Snap membership, Here’s what happened in July:
📉Refunds dropped to 6%
📈Sales up to $39.1K
💰Net profit + 14.2% from previous month
Biggest win: Fewer returns = more $ in my pocket 💸
Can't wait for Q4🚀
💰20k Profit in August Challenge💰
Day 21 and 22
Crossed 50k in sales so far in July
Talking detaching emotions from sales from the perspective of both wins and losses
Excited to keep growing, 20k in August feels do able🚀
