@NOWTV trying to watch the England game and keep getting buffering speed test is 100mb download. It’s making it unwatchable, bloody dodgy streams are more reliable! Why am I paying for such poor quality? Not happy!

@JaguarUK Spoke to them before speaking to you. Apparently "no Jaguar dealerships are offering this". It's a 12 month old car (under warranty) that has a fault. Dealers might be franchises, but they still represent your brand and this says "we don't care about existing customers"
Why is @JaguarUK unable to offer courtesy cars due to "COVID" but will still happily book in a test drive? Do you clean your cars or not? Maybe get some tips off @Avis who happily (and safely) rented us a car last week.

@bankwithsmile Just to echo the comments of others, I'm going to switch after more than 17 years. I like the idea, but your service has been woeful this past week and I need a bank that can be open and honest with problems and an account that actually works.
