@JaguarUK Spoke to them before speaking to you. Apparently "no Jaguar dealerships are offering this". It's a 12 month old car (under warranty) that has a fault. Dealers might be franchises, but they still represent your brand and this says "we don't care about existing customers"

Why is @JaguarUK unable to offer courtesy cars due to "COVID" but will still happily book in a test drive? Do you clean your cars or not? Maybe get some tips off @Avis who happily (and safely) rented us a car last week. Seems like a ploy to save money?
