This is false. Flying the Cross of St George and Union flag is something we’re proud of in County Durham. This wasn’t a ban — it was one rope that could’ve pulled a lamppost down. Flags still fly proudly elsewhere. Unlike Labour, who prefer the Palestinian flag over ours, we’ll make sure Britain’s fly safely.
