So my port tonic has caused a stir in this Porto restaurant. Table of Chinese tourists asked me what it was. They’d never heard of Port or tonic. Gave them some to try. Went down a storm & they’ve ordered one each. Only to realise it’s alcoholic. Educating & intoxicating as I go.
