I’ve warned Europeans about this before, but if the US stops seeing Europe as a partner to help contain China, it will go looking for a different partner to support. Maybe a large country that borders China, with nukes and oil. The worst case for Europe isn’t merely a neutral US.

There are far too many guys in the gym that weigh 250 and think they are strong because they bench 275. If u weigh 110kg and been doing things right u should be able to press 110kg

Bench - 1.5x bodyweight
Squat - 2x Bodyweight
Deadlift - 2.5x Bodyweight
If you are there on all of these lifts you are conventionally strong
